I've loved re-visiting Cath, Will, and the supper club gang, in the fictional Northumberland village of Tilldale.
Determined to bring some happiness to herself and the community, Cath decides to hold a village Christmas lunch along with a little help from her friends. But with Will still caught in the depths of his grief, will he and Cath be able to find their happy ever after this Christmas season?
This book is close to my heart with much of its inspiration coming from my own beautiful rural Northumberland village of Chatton and the surrounding countryside. I've also weaved some of my dad’s post war National Service experiences and his love
letters to my mum, into the storyline of elderly Reggie; the previous owner of Cath's second chance home, Cheviot Cottage.
